1. Fully Automatic Composting Machine with Heating System

Working Process
When organic/food waste is added to it, the shredder shreds organic/food waste into small pieces and transfers all shredded material to the composting tank. The artificial atmosphere for quick decomposing is created in the machine. At the same time, our special composting enzyme or sawdust mixture decomposes the organic waste into compost within 24 hours. That's how we achieve 80-90% volume reduction. The process is completely noiseless and odour-free.

2. Fully Automatic Rotating Drum (Non-Heating) Composting Machine

Introduction:

This food waste compost machine is the most advanced composting machine which uses special techniques to break down and convert all kinds of organic waste into compost in 15 days. There is no need for a separate curing system. This model is well equipped with an Air Blower, mixing blades and fully automatic operation. The entire process is natural and biological.

Working Process:

•This automatic Bio-Mechanical process-based Composter. When organic/food waste is added to it, the shredder shreds organic/food waste into small pieces and transfers all shredded material to the composting tank by a screw conveyor.

•It converts organic waste added to the machine into nitrogen-rich compost by reducing its volume to almost 80-90% of the original. An artificial atmosphere for quick decomposing is created in the machine. At the same time, our special composting enzyme mixture decomposes the organic waste into compost and this happens in 15 days. That's how we achieve 80-90% volume reduction. 

•Compost keeps collecting in a bag at the rear of the machine. Replace  the compost  trolley when it is full-screen compost and pack it in a bag as per the requirement
