Our food waste compost machine is the most advance composting machine which uses a special technique to break down and converts all kinds of organic waste into compost in just 24 hours. No need for a separate curing system. This model is well equipped with moisture reduction systems, heater, mixing blades, odour control mechanisms and fully automatic operation. The entire process is natural & biological.

We have two variants

1. Fully Automatic In-Vessel Composting Machine convert Organic waste into fertilizer/compost in only 24 hrs, with a weight, volume and rate reduction of up to 80-90%.
2. Semi-Automatic In-Vessel Composting Machine converts Organic waste into fertilizer/compost in only 24 hrs, with a weight, volume and rate reduction of up to 80-90%.
 

Working Process
When organic/food waste is added to it, shredder shreds organic/food waste into small pieces and transfers all shredded material to the composting tank. The artificial atmosphere for quick decomposing is created in the machine. At the same time, our special composting enzyme or sawdust mixture decomposes the organic waste into compost and this happens within 24 hours. That's how we achieve 80-90% volume reduction. The process is completely noiseless and odour-free.
