BIO CNG PLANTS

BIO CNG PLANTS

These plants serve following purposes.
1. Environment friendly disposal of biodegradable waste, which is need of the hour considering mass pollution everywhere.
2. Generation of fairly good amount of fuel gas, which will definitely support the dwindling energy resources.
3. Generation of high quality manure, which would be free of weed seeds and an excellent soil conditioner. This is very important for replenishing fastdecreasing resources of productive soils.
4. It would reduce the menace of street dogs and other nuisance animals and pathogens, as major portion of biodegradable waste on dumping yards would no more be available for their feeding.
5. Employment generation.
6. Environment protection by helping in maintenance of elemental cycles in the nature.

About Project:
We at EWS Greentech, design, construct and operate projects, based on anaerobic digestion and biogas production. Combine energy efficiency with long-term sustainability, benefiting both businesses and the environment. We provide technologies for production of energy from solid organic wastes, agricultural industrial waste water and biomass. We design, manufacture and deliver all types of biogas plants i.e. Flexi biogas plants, Mid-sized FRP biogas plants and Industrial biogas plants, as per the customers' requirement.

Bio-CNG:- Clean and renewable fuel, has vast potential in India. It can be a supplement to petroleum products, if used in compressed form in the cylinders. Biogas originates from the bacterial process during biodegradation of organic material under anaerobic conditions. Methane is the most valuable component under the aspect of using biogas as a fuel; the other components do not contribute to the calorific ("heating") value and thus are "washed out" in our purification plants in order to obtain a gas with almost 93-97% CH4. Methane is the flammable component in biogas.

Bio-Fertilizer (Solid Manure):- Biogas systems produce a nutrient-rich fertilizer. Manures contribute to the fertility of soil by adding organic matter and nutrients, such as nitrogen, that are utilised by bacteria, fungi and other organisms in the soil. The manure will be packed to sell to the farmers for their various applications

Bio-Fertilizer (Liquid Manure):- Biogas system produces a nutrient-rich liquid fertilizer, called “biogas-slurry”. Biogas-slurry is a safe organic liquid fertilizer that can be applied to crops, flowers, and trees. Slurry can be separated out through solid liquid separate. The Fertilizer will be packed to sell to the farmers for their various applications

Benefits:
Bio-CNGs is gaining wide popularity as Vehicle Fuel, Power Generation & Bio-Fertilizer is very good for fast deteriorating soils.

Key Benefits of BIO-CNG Technology

  • Renewable Energy Source
  • Reduced Greenhouse gas emissions
  • Reduced dependency on imported fuels
  • Waste Reduction
  • Job Creation
  • Reduces Environmental Pollution by proper utilization of wastes
